Kellogg was using Lotus Notes Server to host their consumer affairs database. After some years, this system became cumbersome. In addition to rebuilding the system, Source Nine was tasked with creating new process improvements. Perl and Oracle were used to rebuild the system, which is now more robust.

The information in this system is used for internal customer support and also populates the numerous websites that Kellogg hosts. When the information is entered in the system and cleared for publishing, it is instantly available. This greatly reduced costs associated with website updates and maintenance that would otherwise be performed by an agency.
